Looking to learn more about my journey and research? Here's a quick snapshot:

I have obtained my Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from University of Udine, Italy in 2017. In 2019 I obtained my Master's double degree with honor in electronic engineering, and Information and communication engineering, from a joint study at the University of Udine, Italy and the University of Klagenfurt, Austria.

I started my Ph.D. at the University of Klagenfurt in 2020. Under the guidance of professors, Stephan Weiss from the University of Klagenfurt and Robert Mahony from the Australian National University, my research focuses on non-linear and geometric system theory, multi-sensor fusion, and vision-based localization. During my Ph.D., I had the opportunity to work on exciting research projects. I explored the field of Equivariant estimators, which led to the development of the Equivariant filter for inertial navigation systems. This work has shown promising results in multiple inertial navigation applications, and has drawn the attention from the ArduPilot community. Presently, I am leading the efforts to integrate this innovative filter into ArduPilot, a widely adopted open-source autopilot system.

But my interests don't stop there. In my free time, I love taking to the skies and flying drones as an FPV drone freestyle pilot, playing my electric guitar and pushing my limits at the gym.
